Way back in 1970, Hira Group of Industries started their business propositions by setting up a small tyre trading company known as "Hira Tyres" in India. The group initiated its industrial activities by acquiring “Jain Carbide & Chemical” now Hira Power & Steel Ltd.

In tandem with an increasing portfolio, in 1987 Hira Group ventured in Ferro Alloys manufacturing segment and pioneered it through small sized Electric Arc Furnace route for the first time ever in India.

With the start of 21st Century, the group commissioned high definition Integrated Iron, Steel manufacturing plants and power generating units. All this along with other Industrial milestones such as Coal based Power generation units for their individual Ferro Alloy plants and Wire Drawing facilities.

Entering deep into the panorama of 21st Century, the Group has been all about consolidation and Growing business, generating new revenue streams and geographical expansions.
