The total revenue of encompassed together is $ 440 Million (around ` 2000 Cr) in 2009-10 and have more than 6000 employees attached to the group.

Hira Group is a conglomeration of 13 companies across India and operates independently through its own board of directors and shareholders. Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd & Hira Ferro Alloys Ltd. is Listed in Bombay Stock Exchange, India. Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd is also listed in National Stock Exchange, India.

Group's enterprising spirit started with the triumphant trading business during 1970s in India. A pioneer Indian industry to start production commercially of Ferro Alloys through small Electric furnace route. The group established the first manufacturing plant known as "Hira Power & Steel Ltd.", producing Ferro Alloys through smaller Electric Arc Furnace route. Backward integration has been the cornerstone of the evolution and growth. After the success of HPSL, the group enhanced its ferro alloys production capacity by establishing 2 more units, Hira Ferro Alloys Ltd. & Alok Ferro Alloys Ltd. The group became a well know player in Ferro Alloys manufacturing sector and have largest ferro alloys production in India today.

Hira Group Orign and EvolutionThe journey continued ahead with an ambitious decision of producing rolled steel products, thus installing two Steel Rolling Mills named as Hira Steels Ltd and R.R. Ispat (A unit of Godawari Power & Ispat Ltd.) Moving at par with the booming technology of secondary route of steel production, group installed Sponge Iron and Power Plants. First being Godawari Power & Ispat Ltd., one of the leading integrated steel plants in India and Jagdamba Alloys & Power Ltd. to cater the in-house as well as the power requirements of National Power Grid.

In the road ahead, the group has commissioned a coal beneficiation unit, Chhattisgarh Power & Coal Beneficiation Pvt. Ltd. in order to fulfill the growing demand of high grade coal for corporate houses across the country.

The group has always thrived for growth and innovation hence the success saga is still going very strong since its inception. In the journey so far, the group has believed in returning wealth to the society by serving through various philanthropic activities around its different industrial units.
