HEL is a SPV company of GPIL for implementing the MOU of GPIL and C.G. Govt. dated 08/08/2008. HEL is proposed in Raigarh (C.G). It is planning to Manufacture Ferro Alloys, Iron & Steel and Power Generation facilities with following capacities:
